A New Year, new beginnings, new winners and a lot of thank yous!!! :-)

Hey everyone!

Just dropping in here on the 31st December to wish you all a very Happy New Year! I hope you all had a great Christmas with your loved ones and are raring to go for 2016! :-)

As always, I want to say a special word of thanks to all of you who have been so kind to support me and my music over the past twelve months. Again, I couldn't do any of this without you. I've loved being out on the various tours and meeting you along the way to personally say "thanks" and look forward to a very busy 2016 - with a new "Byrne and Kelly" original album along with Neil nearly ready to release along with some B&K tours, a new PBS special, "Legacy" with Celtic Thunder due out in the Spring and extensive touring of the new show during the year in Australia and North America, along with other stuff in the pipeline yet to be confirmed, it's going to be busy - just the way I like it!! :-)

I do want to say a special word of thanks to all of you who ordered the 2016 calendars of my side-kick Larry over the past few months! The response has been fantastic and, by all accounts, you're enjoying the thought of having him on the wall for the next twelve months! If you still wish to order one for the New Year, please just click on the link here : Larry Kelly 2016 Calendar
I'm happy to also announce that the winners of a special exclusive signed print from the photoshoot that does not feature in the calendar are as follows : Rebecca Domalenski, Jenny Elliott, Betty Sue Zant, Jean Fox and Laurie Verlardi!!! Congratulations to you all and sorry to all those who entered but didn't win! Don't worry, I'll think of more competitions soon!! These winners join the previous two winners (Alice Spring and Sheila Harting) and will be receiving the signed exclusive prints very soon!!

So, I thought, for the day that it is, I'd record a few acoustic songs for you from my living room beside the fire this afternoon (with Larry actually lying at my feet!). I chose two songs I haven't actually sang in quite a while, "Broken Things" from my first album, and "Talkin' Bout A Revolution" by Tracy Chapman. They're two songs I love lyrically and hope you enjoy them too...

In the meantime, again I wish you all a very happy New Year. Here's to making good memories in 2016 and, whether I see you along the road, receive a message or chat online, receive a letter from you or you simply listen to my music along the way, please know that I appreciate every last effort you make.

Take care and God Bless....

RK xx
